Участники Ассоциация выпускников президентской программы выступили для иностранных студентов «STEP in Russian Energy: Society, Technology, Environment, Policy» («Управление российским энергетическим сектором») Тюменского госуниверситета.

Целью партнерства между ТюмГУ и АВПП является, рассказать участникам программы STEP in Russian об особенностях ведения бизнеса и управления в Тюмени и в РФ: факты, вызовы, интересные истории успеха, все то что происходит в реальной бизнес-жизни.

В рамках встречи со международными слушателями были представлены четыре  выступления:

- How to communicate with: owners, managers, global corporations, godfathers

- How to be the first: the experience of the manager: fitness industry  

- What kind of a challenge does the future put on the table: Insight to the futurology

- How to be an entrepreneur in art and culture

Four speakers:

- Maksim A. Dorotov, expertise: international trade, aviation, project logistics, oil-gas industry

- Olga Silich, expertise: marketing, fitness industry, HR, agile management

- Vladimir V. Artanovskiy, expertise: manpower efficiency, psychology, time management, public administration

-Sergey Firtsev, photography, Russian Geographical Society

GOAL: To bridge a gap between academic knowledge and local understanding of the global things

NOTE: President’s Advanced Management Fellowship is aimed to provide the educational and case study opportunities for the regional leaders in the area of business, government, health and social activities.

Basically the fellows are taught the strategic planning, business administration, marketing and tools of the personal efficiency and team building.  All fellows are given the unique opportunity to network, develop the business and public projects and define the new goals for the personal and social development.  12 months of the intensive study at the best regional and federal universities  are followed up with the international internship and postgraduate activities  through both the Alumni Association and involvement in the various social and public administration projects.
